Making a somewhat impressive six foot and three inches, Hyaska is of a moderate build, though most would say he's slender, being built in a more willowy way than thick-set and sturdy. Some have even gone so far as to call him scrawny, and by human definitions, perhaps that would be true. Not that he pays attention to those claims. By his own claims he is simply more wiry than muscular, and certainly he is fairly athletic, and it's no surprise to find that a deity of the wind is quite acrobatic and dexterous with a set of lightning reflexes to complement it.
That hasn't really stopped Hyaska from being underestimated though, especially by some of the more rough and tumble war gods. With a thin build, and long slender limbs matched with pale skin and gracefully angular features, there definitely is a perceived delicacy about him. Piercing pale blue eyes are a bit slanted and squinted to the point where one rarely sees the cutting sharp gaze under. His short mess of hair is nearly pure white, appearing only a pale purple depending on the lighting, matching with his slight arching eyebrows. Thin lips make for Hyaska's trademark eerie grin, tilting up at the edges.
Apparel wise Hyaska tends to keep to a pattern, somewhat like most gods do. a black shihakusho with a matched white undergarment layered under a white haori marked with his symbol, three lines over a stylized marigold in spring-green, both emblazoned across the back.
Hyaska is what he likes to consider a neutral god. He doesn't care about what other gods do and couldn't give a crap about their conflicts. Although he does take some amusement from watching things unfold, he doesn't bother involving himself unless it's necessary, and should someone die, well then that's just a tragedy.
On his own Hyaska is a personable enough god, even if he does tend to have his own more... personal agendas to fulfill. A not very well known god, he's more than happy to do jobs, but tends to keep his name only around enough to make sure he isn't forgotten. Something he has been doing a surprisingly long time. Not a young god by any means, Hyaska is intelligent and cunning, often taking a bit of a more devious side of things, tending to be worrisome even if only because one can never tell what he's like behind his eerie smile and calm and controlled exterior.
A god of the wind, Hyaska has kept mostly to himself and not bothered in the affairs of others, especially the other gods. He wouldn't be able to remember how long ago he was brought into being, nor how, simply that he has been there for ages. Occasionally doing requests, he spreads his name wide and thin, making sure plenty people remember him but not largely enough to attract attention to his name. His first shinki is the older of the two, Shinso/Sukaiki, and has been his partner since nearly the beginning, the other having been an addition added only in the last century or so when Hyaska found some interest in them.
